<Cancellation Policy
We have been receiving an increasing number of sudden cancellations of banquets on the day of the event or without notice. In order to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their food and beverage experience, we are making preparations and, in some cases, declining reservations from other customers in order to prepare seats.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but we will set the cancellation fee as follows.
If you wish to cancel your reservation or change the number of people in your party, please contact us by phone. Your cancellation will be considered valid only after our staff accepts your call.
In the case of an online application, your reservation will be confirmed when you receive an acceptance notification from our staff. Please note that the reservation is not yet made at the time of online application.
<Cancellation charges will be incurred.
If you cancel on the day of the event, you will be charged 80% of your budget.
If you do not show up on the day of your reservation without notice, or if you cancel after the reserved time, you will be charged the full amount of your budget.
Cancellations made the day before the event will be charged half of the budget.
Cancellations due to inclement weather will not be charged as long as we are notified.
