本日も、ただ今お出ししているクラフトビールご紹介です。
こちらは箕面ビール(minohbeer)さんの国産桃ヴァイツェン。
その日に採れた新鮮な桃を全て手作業でピューレにし、
贅沢に使用しているそう。✨
クラフトビールを選んでいるもも吉スタッフ たくとさんに
国産桃ヴァイツェンについてお話を伺ったところ…
果実味のある香りで、のどごしがあり
ふんだんに使われている桃の
酸味のある果実感を感じました！
とのことでした。
箕面ビールさんでも
数量限定でしかお出ししていないビールですので
ぜひお早めに！！
