こんばんは！
もも吉の小夏です🐔
今日ご紹介するのは
「デュカレーポテサラ」
カレー味のポテトサラダの上に
デュカスパイスが乗っています！
デュカとは、中東のスパイスで
クミン、カシューナッツ、
コリアンダー、ゴマなどが入っています。「つき砕く」と言う意味のスパイスで文字通り、スパイスを粗く砕いて混ぜ合わせています！
もも吉では、オリーブオイルと混ぜてデュカオイルとして使ったり、もも焼き、ポテトサラダ、ごま油のジェラートの上から振りかけて使っています♪
デュカスパイス単体でも販売しているのでおうち時間のお料理のアクセントとしても使ってくださいね💕
