The annual Kaika Risshun morning pressing arrived yesterday and began serving.
We have been doing this for more than 20 years.
I once went to the brewery to pick up sake on the day of Risshun.
Risshun Asashibori" is a special seasonal sake that is freshly pressed early in the morning on the day of Risshun and bottled and shipped on the same day.
It is popular as a good-luck charm to wish for good health and family safety, and its most distinctive feature is that it is unpasteurized, unblended sake.
